What happens when you visit
This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, tracking pixels, third-party scripts or third-party fonts. It is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Vercel processes connection data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's user agent, and keeps it in server logs for a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
What happens when you book a demo
The demo form asks for your name, work email, company, sector and an optional note. We use them only to answer your request and arrange a demo. The form sends them by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to our inbox, which is hosted by Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep your request for as long as we need it to follow up, and delete it within 24 months if no business relationship follows. Giving these details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply.
Processing outside the EU
Vercel, Resend and Google may process data in the USA. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to hello@kernwallos.com. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA).
